What the Job Includes

Our pet sitters provide:

Feeding, walking, fresh water, litter scooping
Playtime and comfort for pets while their owners travel
Medication administration (when applicable)
Sending client updates through our software
Maintaining home routines so pets feel secure
Overnight stays (optional, but in high demand)

We assign one sitter per client to provide consistency and build trust.

Availability Needed

We ask for availability during one or more of the following time windows:

Early mornings (6–8 am)
Evenings (7–9 pm)
Mid-day for dog walking
Overnights (7 pm–7 am)

Our busiest seasons include: school breaks, summers, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and 4th of July.

The more availability you have, the more clients you will be matched with.

Compensation

We offer transparent, fair pay based on services completed, experience, and availability.

30-Minute Visits: $14 per visit for Tier 1 (up to 100 pet visits), $14.50 per visit for Tier 2 (100-300 visits) Overnight Stays: $60 per night

Additional pay increases may apply for complex visits, including households with four or more pets, medical care, or holiday services.

The more availability you offer, the more clients we can assign—creating consistent work opportunities and increasing overall earning potential.

Any tips provided by clients are passed directly to the pet caregiver who completed the service.

Visits scheduled on designated holidays include an additional holiday service fee; the majority of this fee is passed directly to the pet caregiver.

Ideal candidates are:

Highly reliable and responsible
Warm, patient, and compassionate
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
Good communicators who can reassure pet parents
Comfortable with all pet personalities<
Able to confidently walk large dogs
Living in Littleton (80123, 80127, 80128, 80465)
21+ years old and able to pass a background check
Comfortable using a smartphone and our scheduling app

What We Offer
